Silverlink Communications Launches First Personalized Voice Communication System to Manage Healthcare Member Behaviour in Real Time

Scalable System Delivers Higher Response Rates than Postal Mail, Email or Internet at a Fraction of the Cost of Call Centers

Disease Management Congress - Boston, MA - Silverlink Communications, the leader in personalized voice solutions for client communication, today announced the availability of SAVS™ (Silverlink Automated Voice Services), which for the first time enables healthcare enterprises to easily create and manage personalized voice interactions with thousands of customers at a time. Easy to implement and use, SAVS dramatically improves customer care while significantly reducing costs compared to call centers and other communications. Silverlink is demonstrating SAVS at the Disease Management Congress taking place September 20-22 at The Hynes Center in booth # 222.

Designed for healthcare enterprises charged with managing member populations, SAVS is ideal for disease management applications such as compliance monitoring, recruitment support and increasing clinical staff efficiency. SAVS uses an application service provider (ASP) model to offer a suite of call program templates that customers set up and run directly from their desktop. With its unique Management Dashboard feature, SAVS offers immediate call program data collection and the ability to modify the call program based on initial results to improve customer response.
