Company Rolls Out New Multi-Modal Communications Services Enabling Healthcare Enterprises to Improve Consumer Loyalty and Lower Costs
Company Delivers Next Generation Technology Platform, SAVS 5.0, with Innovative Personalization Features and Advanced Functionality
San Diego, CA - Silverlink Communications® Inc., the leader in healthcare communications, today announced at the Health 2.0 Conference, new capabilities and services to meet the communications requirements of leading healthcare enterprises. The company is introducing a fundamentally new capability to healthcare communications — called Adaptive HealthComm Science™ — a discipline that combines decision science methodologies and analytics with personalization technology. This proven approach merges world-class communications techniques from consumer industries with the unique characteristics of healthcare, to drive healthcare behaviors in scale. By leveraging Adaptive HealthComm Science, healthcare enterprises can dramatically improve the effectiveness of their communications programs, improving the member experience and driving down healthcare costs.
As a part of today's announcement, Silverlink is introducing its latest technology release, SAVS 5.0, with innovative features such as memory, on-call calculations, and dynamic pathing, to enable the delivery of highly-personalized, HIPAA-compliant, and interactive communications programs. "With this announcement, Silverlink is delivering what I call 'extreme personalization' where every communication is essentially targeted to the desired result for a specific member,” said James Taylor, Co-Author of Smart Enough Systems and Principal in Smart (enough) Systems LLC. "This has been effective in driving consumer behavior in other industries and there's clear value to this approach in healthcare."
Adaptive HealthComm Science and the new technology features in SAVS 5.0, are available through two new service offerings — Silverlink's Benchmark and Paradigm Services. These new services offer multi-modal communications to augment voice services, including email, text messaging, fax, and direct mail; and provide the ability to outsource entire healthcare communications processes.
"We've invested heavily in people, technology, processes and methodology that continuously improve to maximize the effectiveness of healthcare communications," said Stan Nowak, CEO and co-founder of Silverlink. "Over the next few years, changes in the way healthcare stakeholders communicate with patients and members will be one of the keys to lowering healthcare costs while driving healthcare consumer affinity."
"Silverlink helps us be more efficient, timely, and personalized in the way we connect with our members," said Debra Cooper, Assistant Vice President of Marketing Communications at Priority Health. "By segmenting our membership and applying analytics, Silverlink is able to design and deliver high-impact communications across our member population to successfully drive healthcare behaviors. We can now leverage this process for additional communications programs and to improve the overall member experience."
