Silverlink's referral partner program is comprised of strategic partners that supply leads and introductions to Silverlink's direct sales team. Depending upon the referral partner’s commitment level, leads may be pursued cooperatively or independently.
Cooperative Referral Partners provide leads and introductions to Silverlink. Leads are then assigned to a direct sales representative who works closely with the referral partner to provide the support needed to close the sales. In this type of partnership, the referral partner usually maintains an active role in managing the sales cycle. Cooperative referral partners receive commissions based on leads that convert to sales.
Lead Referral Partners also provide leads and introductions to Silverlink, and these leads are assigned to a direct sales representative to pursue independently. Lead referral partners maintain a more passive, consultative role in the sales cycle. Lead referral partners receive commissions based on leads that convert to sales.
