Production Systems Administrator (Note: This is a second shift position.)

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

The Production Systems Administrator is responsible for the quality and availability of the Production application environment. This individual will work as a member of a support team that is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the Production platform from installation through 24 x 7 availability and QoS monitoring. The Production Systems Administrator will work closely with the Infrastructure and Information Technology teams to ensure the Production environment is fully optimized and secure using industry best practices.


Director of Product Management

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

The Director of Product Manager will be responsible for driving the vision and roll out of new product features of our proprietary SaaS ACUMEN platform. ACUMEN is a multi-channel high performance campaign-based communication platform which includes rich automated voice applications, desktop/mobile web applications, E-Mail, SMS, and other communication channels.


Professional Services Manager

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

Silverlink Communications, located in Burlington, MA, is looking for a Professional Services Manager to develop and grow client relationships, provide consultative expertise to clients by demonstrating how Silverlink's solutions can help meet business objectives. The PSM will work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define, implement and manage ongoing communications campaigns. In addition, the PSM will collaborate with clients to define program requirements, develop scripts & communication flows, and optimize communication program results over time.


Analyst

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

Silverlink Communications, located in Burlington, MA, is looking for analysts/senior analysts to build communication programs in our proprietary software, perform data transformations, perform QA duties, collect client requirements, develop client relationships, develop and build reports, and complete other professional services duties.
