Stan Nowak, CEO & Co-Founder

Stan NowakAs CEO and co-founder of Silverlink, Stan’s vision is to improve health outcomes, reduce costs and build loyalty and trust with healthcare consumers through effective communications. Under Stan’s leadership, Silverlink has developed flexible communications technology and proprietary analytics capabilities to deliver highly personalized and interactive communications – all with a single focus – to better understand and drive healthcare consumer behaviors. Silverlink works with many of the leading healthcare enterprises in the U.S. who share this vision.

Stan’s background includes over 20 years of general and executive management in technology services and he has held previous executive roles with StorageNetworks, GTE and InterGen (Bechtel). He is frequently quoted within both the healthcare industry and business press on topics such as health and wellness programs, consumerism in healthcare and the strategic use of communications in healthcare. He additionally serves on the editorial advisory board for Disease Management Advisor.

Stan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard College.

Paulo Matos, COO & Co-Founder

Paulo MatosAs COO, Paulo has overall responsibility for corporate and field operations. He drives the service delivery model for the company and is primarily focused on ensuring customer success using Silverlink software and services.

Paulo is a company founder with a strong background in mission-critical IT infrastructure development, product development, workflow design and program management. He has delivered technology services for and on behalf of companies including StorageNetworks, Lycos, and Houghton Mifflin. He has an MBA from Babson College and an MA from MIT.

Tom McNamara, SVP of Sales

Tom McNameraAs SVP of Sales, Tom is responsible for revenue generation through the retention and expansion of Silverlink's customer base. His focus is to develop a highly professional sales force that effectively works with clients to enable them to solve business challenges using Silverlink solutions. Tom has over twenty years in technology sales and has a proven track record of building highly productive sales organizations within the healthcare technology market.

Tom was a top performing sales manager and director at Pansophic Systems and then VP of sales at Lawson Software prior to moving into HCIT. He was instrumental in his role as Sr VP of sales at HPR which completed a successful IPO in 1995 and was later acquired by McKesson (HBOC). Tom was President and COO of W3Health and also served as a founding member of the Board of Directors at Pharmetrics. Tom has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from the University of Vermont.

Bill Brodnitzki, VP of Enterprise Services

Bill BrodnitzkiAs VP of Enterprise Services, Bill is responsible for the line organization that supports our customers in the field. His focus is to assure client success by working with them to deploy applications powered by our services and software. His knowledge of customer challenges is a key driver in the technical direction of the company.

Bill has almost a decade of experience in Information Technology and Professional Services, with expertise in product development, management, marketing and business development. Most recently Bill has worked at StorageNetworks with a variety of responsibilities, including launching network-based services, service portfolio management and business development. While at StorageNetworks Bill was instrumental in developing relationships and structured partnerships with companies such as EDS, WorldCom, BellSouth and Fujitsu, with total deal values in excess of $18 Million. Bill holds an MS degree in economics and an MBA from Babson College.

Chuck Eberl, VP of Marketing

Chuck Eberl As VP of Marketing, Chuck is responsible for all areas of marketing and positioning including creating new Silverlink solutions that are improving the way the healthcare industry interacts with its members. Chuck's focus is to grow Silverlink’s market by maintaining our current leadership position while also expanding the category through new applications and services that create more effective communications with members.

Chuck has been with Silverlink since 2004 and brings over thirteen years of technology services marketing experience working for companies including StorageNetworks, GTE Internetworking and AT&T. He has an MS from Columbia University and a BA from SUNY Stony Brook.

George Van Antwerp, VP, Solutions Strategy Group

George AntwerpAs VP of the Solutions Strategy Group at Silverlink, George and his team are responsible for developing communications programs focused on critical applications areas for healthcare. This group provides deep industry expertise within managed care, Medicare, population health, and pharmacy benefits and includes clinical and healthcare consumer experts. The group works with clients to develop best practices for healthcare communications programs and charts the strategic roadmap for Silverlink's go-to-market offerings.

George is an expert within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector, previously holding senior director and consulting positions at Express Scripts and Ernst & Young. At Express Scripts, he increased mail order utilization, led generic efforts, launched numerous products, and improved program profitability. George has given numerous industry presentations and is frequently quoted in the press. His insights about healthcare can be found on his popular blog, Patient Centric Healthcare. George has a MBA and a Masters of Architecture from Washington University and a BS from the University of Michigan.

Bruce Smith, VP of Finance

Bruce SmithAs VP of Finance, Bruce is responsible for managing Silverlink's strategic financing endeavors as well as the company's day-to-day financial administration. Additionally Bruce oversees Silverlink's Human Resource efforts.

Bruce has been with Silverlink since 2004 and has over 15 years experience in financial management in fast-paced high growth industries. Prior to joining the company, Bruce served as Managed Care Division Controller with Serono, Inc. where he was responsible for business planning and deal analysis with major managed care and prescription benefit managers. He has broad management expertise in all aspects of worldwide company financial planning and administration and gained audit and tax experience with leading Public Accounting firms. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Yoryos Yeracaris, VP of Engineering

Yoryos YeracarisAs VP of Engineering, Yoryos is responsible for technical strategy, software design and development. His focus is on extending Silverlink’s position as a technology leader in our chosen markets, and on building a scaleable technology platform allowing us to achieve our growth targets.

Yoryos brings over 25 years of software development experience including 9 years in the healthcare industry delivering applications to most of the major pharmaceutical companies. He has held senior technical management or advisor positions at Infomedics, Health Data Institute (Caremark), Private Healthcare Systems, OMS (Anthem), Health Payment Review (McKesson), Harlequin, Phoenix Technologies, and Adelie (AT&T). He attended graduate school in computer science at Brown University, and received his BA from Clark University.
