    Meet Our Management Team

    Stan Nowak

    Stan Nowak, President

    Stan Nowak Stan's vision is to help health plans, pharmacy companies, and other key healthcare stakeholders become trusted health advisors, as they improve health, reduce healthcare costs and build loyalty with their members. His innovation is to bring the power of consumer marketing methodologies to healthcare communications. This vision has helped 21 of the top 25 health plans better engage their members and drive improved outcomes.

    Under Stan's leadership, Silverlink has developed a flexible communications technology, proprietary analytics capabilities and a team with deep industry expertise.

    Stan's background includes over 22 years of general and executive management in technology services. He held executive roles with StorageNetworks, GTE and InterGen (Bechtel).

    Stan is often quoted by the healthcare and business press, and is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events. Stan holds a Master’s degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard College.

    Paulo Matos

    Chief Product Officer

    Paulo Matos Paulo is Silverlink’s futurist. Paulo identifies emerging business needs within healthcare and shapes future Silverlink solutions. His focus includes expanding the impact of current programs, working with clients to maximize the value of Silverlink’s products and services, and creating new innovative products that motivate consumers to engage in their health. Paulo is responsible for product planning, product management, software development, operations and information technology.

    Paulo brings more than 20 years of experience across these disciplines and throughout his career has delivered technology services for and on behalf of leading companies in healthcare, publishing and technology services.

    Paulo holds an MBA from the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a MA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

    Joel Radford

    Senior Vice President, Software Solutions

    Joel Radford As Senior Vice President of Software Solutions, Joel is responsible for leading the strategy and market development activities for Silverlink’s SAAS-based healthcare consumer engagement technology solutions, which clients rely on for driving improved medical outcomes, enhanced member experience, and cost reduction. Joel’s previous responsibilities at Silverlink as VP of Business Development included strategic partnerships, channel sales relationships, and new market development. He also led the professional services division, which was responsible for all client implementations and support.

    Joel has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, technology, and consulting having held senior management and executive positions at both small and large firms with responsibility for client service, marketing, and strategic planning. Prior employers and clients included various Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Plans, Johnson & Johnson, Smith & Nephew Richards, Ernst & Young Management Consulting, and a number of technology firms. He has led corporate change initiatives, developed corporate strategies, closed M&A transactions, driven revenue, managed strategic alliances with the likes of IBM and Accenture, and led teams of more than one hundred personnel. Joel holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

    Liz Horgan

    Senior Vice President, Marketing and Solutions

    Liz Horgan Liz leads Silverlink’s marketing function, including product and solution marketing, sales support, public relations, interactive marketing and market research. She is responsible for creating the company story and message, and for driving lead generation while promoting Silverlink’s industry leadership in healthcare consumer engagement. Working closely with colleagues across the company, Liz is focused on the unique value proposition that Silverlink brings to transforming the member experience.

    Prior to joining Silverlink, Liz was the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for Health Dialog, a leading health care coaching, decision support and analytics company and a division of Bupa. Liz’s 20 years of health care industry experience include senior roles in marketing, strategy and product at Aetna, Cigna, and Sutter VNA Hospice. She was also a Principal at Mercer in Boston. Liz holds an A.B. in English Literature from Harvard College.

    David Veroff

    Senior Vice President, Analytics

    David Veroff As Senior Vice President of Analytics, David Veroff is responsible for leading Silverlink’s analytics team and further developing and executing on the company’s analytic strategy while expanding the company’s focus on new innovation and consulting models to power its programs and products.

    Veroff came to Silverlink from Dovetail Health where he served as Chief Analytics Officer, driving analytic strategy and execution. Prior to that, Veroff led innovation/research and development activities at Health Dialog, developing and testing new population health management products and programs and the content and analytics that supported those programs. He has also held senior positions at The Picker Institute, health care analytics firms, and federal and state agencies.

    To launch and support his 30 year career in health care analytics and development, he received a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a Master's in Public Policy degree from Harvard University.

    AnneMarie Gramling

    Senior Vice President, Service Operations

    AnneMarie Gramling AnneMarie is responsible for leading the management of implementation and ongoing servicing for all CVS Health programs and activities. AnneMarie is an experienced senior manager with extensive experience with developing and implementing large scale, enterprise-wide projects. This knowledge enables her to generate creative solutions to help CVS Health reach its goals. Her career includes 10 years of managing professional services consulting engagements and has been involved in developing and deploying global enterprise-wide solutions. Her past experience includes work at State Street Inc. and Charles River Development. AnneMarie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Syracuse University.
